High Sierra Media was founded by Joe Dondelinger, a lifelong photographer whose creative foundation was shaped outdoors. Introduced to photography by his father, Scott, Joe spent countless days exploring the Sierra Nevada, learning to see light, composition, and atmosphere through nature.

Snowboarding became a defining influence, immersing Joe in mountain culture and pushing him into videography. That outdoor-trained eye is what sets High Sierra Media apart today.

Joe now works alongside his wife, Joslyn, while their son Ashton is already picking up a camera, continuing a family legacy built on creativity, storytelling, and life outdoors.
